Dr. Gábor Hollós

Gábor Hollós is the managing partner at NH Partners focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions; advising both investors and targets and capital markets clients. He gained significant experience in almost every aspect of IPOs and involved in many major capital market transactions as a lead advisor in the past few years. He leaded on key M&A transactions, both on buy and sale side, advising clients on every aspect of corporate law.

Gábor’s client list is varied and includes public and private corporations, banks, such as Bankholding, 4iG, Biggeorge Holding. Notable matters include Gábor’s team-leading role in the Bankholding’s merger, which created the second biggest bank in Hungary.

Dr. Bíborka Jójárt

Bíborka Jójárt is an experienced mergers and acquisitions lawyer leading teams from multiple practices and jurisdictions in complex international deals.

Clients benefit from her extensive track record in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and restructurings. Her knowledge and experience spans a broad range of business sectors, including energy, renewable energy, life sciences, TMT and fintech.

Bíborka’s client list is varied and includes public and private corporations, family offices and financial institutions, such as MOL, 4iG, HCL. Notable matters include Bíborka's team-leading role (as Head of M&A Legal at MOL Group) MOL’s USD1.57 billion acquisition on the Caspian region which was the biggest ever Hungarian private foreign investment.
