Gábor Hollós is the managing partner at NH Partners focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions; advising both investors and targets and capital markets clients. He gained significant experience in almost every aspect of IPOs and involved in many major capital market transactions as a lead advisor in the past few years. He leaded on key M&A transactions, both on buy and sale side, advising clients on every aspect of corporate law.
